Halogen lamps factory

Our factory produces halogen lamps with automatic machines.On the pictures we show some important moments in the production process. first on the production gas burner heats the glass bar that will keep the electrodes with spiral in the lamp.

In another part of the production machines make lamp caps out of glass tube.The tube heating in the middle and then it stretch out.All that doing a mechanical arm, which controlling with computer.

High temperature gas burner melts glass tube and then automatic machine forming the future cylinder for halogen lamps.

Accurate as a clock avtoiaticheskie machine move up cylinder for electrodes with incandescent filament.

 

 

 

 

Lamps are preburnish check at fitness. Automatic machine do it very quickly.
